Tugtar cuireadh duit freastal ar sheoladh ‘Clár Sábháilteachta Dóiteáin na nOileán Pobail’ ag Stáisiún Dóiteáin Ghaoth Dobhair ag 2.00in Déardaoin, 7 Nollaig 2017.
Beidh gach teach ar na hoileáin ar chosta Dhún na nGall i dteideal leas a bhaint as an deis chun múchtóir dóiteáin (2kg púdar tirim), aláraim aonocsaíd charbóin agus bratéad dóiteáin a fháil faoin Chlár um Shábháilteach Dóiteáin, seo sa bhreis ar bhraiteoirí deataigh a scaipeadh ar na hoileáin le dhá bhliain anuas. Chomh maith leis sin, soláthrófar oiliúint maidir le húsáid mhúchtóirí dóiteáin agus a leithéid go luath i 2018.
Cuireann an soláthair trealaimh agus an oiliúint thuasluaite sa Chlár um Shábháilteach Dóiteáin leis an cur chuige sábháilteacht dóiteáin leanúnach a cuireadh ar fáil do mhuintir na n-oileán le blianta beaga anuas.

You are invited to attend the launch of the “Island Communities Fire Safety Programme” at Gaoth Dobhair Fire Station at 2.00pm on Thursday 7th December.
The Fire Safety Programme will enable each household on the Islands off Donegal avail of the opportunity to receive a fire extinguisher (2kg Dry Powder), carbon monoxide alarm and fire blanket in addition to smoke detectors which have been distributed to Islands over the past 2 years. In addition to this, training in the use of extinguishers and fire blankets will be provided in early 2018.
The provision of the above equipment and training in this Fire Safety Programme is the continued fire safety approach which has been delivered to the Island communities over the past number of years.
