Aim of the Workshop
Fáilte Ireland, as part of its Cultural Insights Programme for Donegal, will host a workshop for arts and cultural providers in the region to better understand Cultural Tourism in Ireland and how they can best tap into a culturally aware tourist audience.
Delivered as a participative workshop, by the author of Fáilte Ireland’s Toolkit for Ireland’s Cultural Experiences, this Workshop will bring participants through a day of information sharing, industry insights and active engagement in developing and marketing cultural experiences for visitors to Donegal.
Who should attend?
The workshop has been designed to reflect the needs of those working in the arts and cultural sector in Donegal and those providing creative tourism experiences including;
§ Festival and Event Managers
§ Individual cultural providers with a tourism experience / offer
§ SME’s working in the creative industries sector (e.g. craft providers)
